At Coral Academy, we understand that sometimes, schedules can change. So our cancellation policy is designed to support teachers and provide them with the flexibility they need—while maintaining a consistent online learning experience for our learners.
To keep things running smoothly, we’ve outlined a few simple guidelines for teachers on handling class cancellations and rescheduling.
● For the first 6 months, any class that needs to be canceled should be rescheduled to a later time. No worries—we’ll help with parent coordination and scheduling throughout!
● This helps build credibility and ensures minimal disruptions for learners enrolled in Coral classes.
● If a rescheduling is necessary, please inform the platform at least 48 hours in advance whenever possible.
● If it’s a last-minute emergency, just reach out as soon as you can so we can find the best solution together.
● We want to create a reliable experience for learners, so we encourage keeping cancellations to a minimum (unless there’s a valid reason).
● If cancellations start becoming frequent, we’ll reach out to see how we can help!
1. Email us at teachers@coralacademy.com about a cancellation, including the reason for the same!
2. Our team will coordinate with you to find a suitable time for the rescheduled session.
3. Once the request is approved, please post a quick update in the “announcement” section of the website to inform the enrolled parents along with
the reason for rescheduling (sharing the “why” helps you build trust with parents)
Consider keeping a couple of buffer slots in your schedule. This way, if you ever need to reschedule, you already have some options ready!
